Rise & Shine (Oh help !)
All girls required by staff to 'fall in' on parade (that's stand in line to me & you !)
Circuit Training - using weights, skipping ropes, short sprints.
Just what I need "Breakfast".
Iron Man (this is tough!) sprinting with ammunition boxes up and down a hill.
Here we go again "Bums & Tums".
15 Minute snack break
Lunch (can't believe I,ve done 6 hours of exercise already).
A two hour walk, with a bit of running and power walking.
Back at camp, another snack and a 15 minute break.
A game of netball.
Assault Course, oh no!
The barrel bath for those brave enough.
Just what I need "Dinner".
Bliss - a lovely massage (Not available on weekend camps).
I'm snoring, zzzzzzzz.
