Rise & Shine (Oh help !)
All girls required by staff to 'fall in' on parade (that's stand in line to me & you !)
Circuit Training - using weights, skipping ropes, short sprints.

Iron Man (this is tough!) sprinting with ammunition boxes up and down a hill.
Here we go again "Bums & Tums".
30 Minute snack break
A well earned lunch, halloumi salad.
A walk, with a bit of running.
Back at camp, another snack and a 15 minute break.
Assault Course, oh no!
A game of netball.
The barrel bath for those brave enough.
"Dinner" a delicious chicken curry.
Bliss - massage Not available on weekends.
I'm snoring, zzzzzzzz.
